Thanks for the heads up on the pennies vs. cents. I was actually debating wether or not to use "pennies" or cents in conjunction with the term "wheat". Kind of a common usage/vernacular versus proper terminology debate. I actually collect half dollars at the moment, but whatever i can find in circulation makes me happy. It was the sticky post on coin roll hunting that turned me on to this site. I look forward to furthering my numismatic education and looking at all the really cool coins and info that everyone posts here.
Hello Victor. I haven't been to a coin show in many years. But i'm thinking about heading to the one in Westford MA some time soon. I've gotten my 3 1/2 old son involved with my collection. He loves looking at the different designs. He has even learned how to hold coins properly. So i'll probably have a small father/son outing in the near future and take him there.
