This is a counterfeit of a rare $20 national currency first charter from the national Bank of commerce New York, New York. It’s a low-grade note with a lot of weak folds, repair on the backside in an old notation in ink. It is still considered very collectible, even though it’s counterfeit. It’s also amazing with the low condition of the note how well it circulated being counterfeit no one seemed to have picked it up.
