Rainbow Toned Dime

    Hey, the coin's toning is a little hard to see.

    Just a couple photo tips:
    - place the coin on a solid surface, preferably something black or white.
    - Take photos with the camera parallel to the coin instead of angled
    - Try to use two lights and put them at the 10 and 2 o'clock positions of the coin instead of directly lighting the coin

    Hope those help you take better shots.

    One more thing, crop your photos please! Photoscape is a great, free software to help with that.

    Looks more like a Chemical Stain to me..
    I think it's environmental damage

    Maybe, maybe not.........it depends on what that particular grader had for lunch that day. Ham and cheese, you're in..........tuna/shrimp salad sandwich, you're out...... devil.gif

    Let's just say that if you did submit it (and I'm sure you wouldn't) a questionable color tag should be well down in the list of concerns.
