On the Left OBV it (the Rail) starts from just above the I in LIB and goes down to the about the 1st 2 in the date. On the RV the rail along with reed impressions start about the A in STATES, and continue down to the E in PEACE. The reed impressions fade in and out along the way. I'm at work and have been trying to get more info on the subject but don't have the time, and I thought (said) to myself, "Self, I bet those awesome, incredibly talented peeps out there in that CoinTalk thingy would know!
