Yeah, you're a little over-photographed, there. But the good news is there's nothing wrong with your eyesight, as there is doubling, there. It's a plating issue, though, as Frank just said. Why isn't it worth even the cost of that microscope you invested in to look at coins at this insane level of magnification? That's because it's not from the die. When the doubling isn't from the die, it isn't die doubling. And that's just how it is, the rule of thumb, so to say. Here, learn about doubled dies: https://www.doubleddie.com/58222.html. And learn, here, about the other kinds: https://www.doubleddie.com/144801.html. And lots of luck. And remember, this is fun, that's why you do it... :)

It’s called split plate doubling and that’s very common on zinc coins. I’d forget about glasses or an eye doctor and save this coin so you can use as a reference.

So plate doubling arent an error or a big deal there just worth face value or just not a big deal?

The 1986 D and 1992 D Appear s to have split plate doubling: You can learn about it here: http://www.error-ref.com/?s=split+plate+doubling
Your 1962 D is interesting. Check closely if it matches the one on this site: http://www.varietyvista.com/01b LC Doubled Dies Vol 2/DDO 1962-D.htm
The numeral 2 on the date looks close to DD0-001 but your photos aren't clear enough for me to tell
As for value, Split Plate Doubling adds no value to a coin. If your 62 D turns out to be DD0-001 then it could be worth a few bucks or more. That's a big IF
    :)

It’s a mint error but it happens so much no one cares. It’s called worthless but that term is for value over face whenever you hear it used.

Worthless doubling. NAV, no added value. Fairly common in the newer cents.
