Yes, I just verified, I don't see lines, I see letters, and some are smaller and larger like the "S" on the ponytail is small and the letters to the left are gradually bigger. I really have to get the coin to make sure that isn't just some type of picture issue and those are letters on her face. like words or partial words "state" or "America".

Since you don't have the coin in hand, and the pictures are not especially good, blowing them up introduces all kinds of digital "artifacting" that can play tricks on your mind. The mind tends to try to force random data into recognizable patterns. Any more discussion on this point will need to wait until the coin is in hand and better images can be obtained.

Yes, I am not going to worry about if that 3 cent nickel has an error, could be the pic. Interesting thing about the racketeer nickel I notice is that the details are much better on sections of the coin still gold and there is wear in areas that aren't. I do realize about that though even if it was authentic and not made later, you need to have documentation of the fact but people on Ebay have paid a decent premium. I also think that it is interesting the hole on the half cent is square and the coin itself is squared off, so the fact it was hung for luck using a square nail is plausible and nails were square in the 1800s. I couldn't find anything about the counterstamp on the flying eagle except for the fact it was on a list of counterstamps at exonumia. Some pay premiums on these and some have went for the value of the coin.

I got these coins today. I do see something on the 3 cent nickel but unsure. Here it is. It is probably nothing, since someone mentioned an error I persist to look for it.
