Both coins are fairly common. If high grades the would have decent value. Both to me look like problem coins. Ie damage possible ED. I have no reason to think both arent genuine. As far as value it depends if you find a buy who wants this problem type. I would guess $20-50 each if your lucky
They both look like the surfaces are the same, and very porous for the issues - mushy details. Have you checked the specific gravity and tried them with a magnet?
