Question/Help with Aelia Capitolina Provincial

    Over the years I put away quite a few pieces that I had trouble attributing properly, but now I have a whole lot of free time to go through them again. This one is an ae provincial from Aelia Capitolina (now Jerusalem) for sure, and probably Marcus Aurelius, with the Tyche bust reverse.

    I know it's rough and all but there is something about it that's a bit unusual, and that's the size and weight. These types are normally around 23mm and 9 to 10gms. This one is 28mm and 19.1gms which is almost exactly double the weight of the other types I've come across. I'm guessing it's a different denomination but I can't find another one of any Emperor anywhere near this weight. Hoping someone has a proper reference to help me out.
