Question about thes SLQ

    Anyone have an idea why the date on this coin looks off. It looks uncirculated to me with the exception of the date. s-l400 (1).jpg

    Looks like a nice 1917-D to me.

    Looks like the early issue. Are there stars under eagle on the reverse? The date wore off real quick on the early issue. Is this one currently on eBay?

    Without seeing the reverse, I would say Type 1.

    It’s Type I quarter that probably a bit of “a slider.” I think that there is a slight rub on the leg.
