Question about Septimius Severus denarius mint

    Hello ladies and gentlemen,
    I have this Septimius Severus denarius (starting to like a lot his portraits style)

    Obv L SEPT SEV AVG IMP XI PART MAX
    Rev VICTORIAE AVGG FEL


    How do we know if the mint is Rome (Ric 144b) or Laodicea ad Mare (516)?
    I know there are Septimius Severus specialists here, @dougsmit in particular.
