Hello all. First post here. I've been into collecting paper money on and off since I was a teenager. I was looking at some various bills I have and wondering if any of you fine folks can tell me if any of them have any sort of value. I'm holding onto them regardless, but I'm just curious. -Uncut sheet of four $1 Bills from 1988a bought from the BEP when I was a kid. -Three $20 Bills. 1995, 1981, 1977. The '77 bill looks like it was cut a little wrong. -Four $10 Bills. 1963a (star), 1977a, 1985, 1995 -Eleven $5 Bills. 1934c (blue note) 1969b (pretty crisp, but circulated), 1974, 1988a, 1995 (seven of these) -Four $2 Bills. 1928g, 1963a, 1995 (two of these) -Three $1 Bills. 1963 (star, it's wrinkled but intact), 1963b (very crisp, feels like a brand new bill, slightly circulated) 2003a (serial number caught my eye. It's F 30000006 N) So that's it. I appreciate any help you guys can offer. Thanks!
Shoot, I don't have a scanner either. I don't want to waste you guys' time. Should I bother posting cell phone pics?
Also, I was looking for some books to buy to look up old paper money. I've been looking at money a lot on ebay lately. Is this a good book to have? Can you guys recommend some other ones with good up to date info? Thanks! http://www.amazon.com/United-States...TF8&coliid=I22OIVYPHNY72V&colid=15KIKHSF81U8Y Thanks
For the notes you are showing I would look more into Schwartz Lindquist Small Size U.S. Paper Money 9th edtion.
Could you possibly post the serial numbers and the plate positions (the tiny letter/number pair at upper left) from those notes? I've been trying to work out the serial ranges of the uncut sheet printings (the BEP doesn't generally report them), and there are some in Series 1988A that are still fuzzy....
