Has anyone found this coin yet? 1995 penny with a chip out of the ear and it has a # 2 on his neck..
You have to use the magnifying glass to see it..

    Hi Connie,

Welcome to Coin Talk. We would need pictures to properly diagnose the coin. If you don't have a camera with a macro lens, you can try taking a photo through the lens of your loupe.

sounds like post mint damage (for the #2 at least).

Does the 2 appear mechanical looking or more
squiggly looking? There have been Lincolns with
die cracks that look like 2's 3's and 8's as well as
    the letters A,B and C.

You could also make a drawing and take a picture
    of it.

I see something at the center of the ear on
the 83 that's running towards the T in Trust.
It may a die break. I don't see anything on the
    95. I'm looking at these from a cell phone so maybe
someone on a computer can see things better.

What is the date on the D between the T and Y?

You need to look at zincs really close too and be
sure not seeing plating bubbles or peeling. :)

If you have a die break between the T and Y
that's a probably a good find. In the past they
typically occurred between the B and E and
appeared to spell BIE. BIEs were pretty common
on cents from the 50's but faded away when they
    changed the reverse.

I see the line your talking about, but it runs under the hair covered with the clad layer..

I think that one is die break. Abe's head
has a long history of die cracks and breaks.
There was even a piece out of the die on one
that was in the shape of a bullet right behind
    his head.

Are you speaking of the D between the T and
    Y?

I will have to have someone to look at these 2 coins that I have.. I have a lot of double mints and dates a few double on both sides.. not strike doubles or machine doubles . There is no where in my area to take this.. Maybe a place in Michigan.
