Every time I've gone to a bank to get rolls of pennies I've asked for as many as 20 rolls and every single time the banks have come through and sometimes they went digging in their vaults and only once has a teller asked if I was a member and I said no but she still went back and got them. Only twice have I gone to a bank bringing back some rolls of pennies have they asked if I was a member and one said it was their policy not to accept rolls from non-members but she looked the other way and took them from me anyways.
