Possibly. The 2010's did come in a satin finish in addition to B.U. I don't have one so I won't swear to it.
2010 was the last year for Satin Finish mint sets. So, the 2010 mint sets are Satin and we have a one year variety for AtB Quarters and Shield Cents that to date are the lowest mintage coins for both series. No one cares now, but who knows what the future holds, so you may want to put some away while they're inexpensive.
I assume then that the 2010 quarter only set @rickmp posted above is not satin, but the 2010 annual mint sets with all denominations is satin, correct?
I was assuming the exact opposite, TC. I think that all Mint packaged coins were satin finish when sold in a set. Which means that the circulation finish coins will likely be sought after much like 1982 and 1983 Quarters.
The 2010 mint set is Satin, but, I'm not sure about the quarter set. I believe the mint sells both circulating and uncirculated quarter sets today.
I guess that means the US Mint or bank rolls are the only way to get the 2010 uncirculated but not satin quarters.
