I'm not sure what happens now, the 116th congress is no more, I would think unsigned legislation should be dead. But the 2021 dollar legislation was signed 2 days after the Congress ended and 12 days after it was received. It should have been dead two different ways. Possibly since the quarter legislation got to him on the 1st before the Congress ended it is still alive for the ten days. In that case he has till the 13th to sign it.
