Queen necklace error

I believe this to be a mint error I maybe wrong

What makes you think it is an error? (Can't tell much from images, out of focus and the other looks like the camera moved when you shot the picture.)

 

The upside down pic shows fairly clear the 6th to Approx 10th then 4 to the right are normal and another 4-5 are dented then the other 13 maybe 14 to the right i count from the pic are normal

 

I Will submit a more clearer photo for those whom can't really see what I'm counting

 

This is for the outta focus pic earlier as pointed out
P.S starting from the top right its 8 pearls down then a few are messed then 4 are good then another few are mistamped

 

Looks like a contact mark. There are others in the field.
