Likewise the lighter coloured 1996 $10 (P-18x) had an X/1 "Experimental" prefix with a mere 100,000 notes issued. This one is even tougher than the 1991 replacement. </p><p><br /></p><p>I think the Cayman Islands remains a popular nation to collect due to its offshore banking & close proximity to the USA (much like Bahamas).
