    The term you are looking for is clipped, but your coin is not a clipped planchet, it's post mint damage. Look up 'Blakesley effect'.

    Not a clip, that is his finger. Cuds involve the edge of the coin. Often times heating clad coinage will expand pockets of gas trapped in the cladding, that's what it looks like to me.
