Quarter end. Doubled die/Cud?

Need a bit of input on this one plz....it looks like a cud error directly in the center. Also looks like doubling in the lettering. Opinions?

Will do,thx. I apologize for my misuse of terminology. Any opinions on the coin itself?

 

Based on the obverse, alone, it's a spender. However, you'll have to rip open the roll to see if it is missing the reverse clad layer.
