I've posted this Q 2x in others' threads here; no one with an idea ? ------------------------------------- Someone here recently posted a pic of a slab, and it had 'Improper Cleaning' on label. Do the graders ever note just 'Cleaned', or 'Properly Cleaned' ? In a courtroom, adverbs and adjectives mean A LOT. With a coin worth several $hundred / thousand, words mean ... A LOT ................. Anyone ?
The main TPGs like NGC, PCGS, ANACS usually just put "____ Details - Cleaned" but I do feel like I have seen a slab with "Improperly Cleaned" or something like that.
I have seen a few slabs that have harshly or improper cleaned. Otherwise I'd minor I think they just give it a details.
