Are the finishes the same on both sides? The second image looks like a matte. I threw a dart and it landed on MS66.5.
Anything below 65 would be a travesty, but I think it's a solid 66. Did the TPG attribute the holder as 1907? That would make it an error slab as well
I really don't see any reason why it wouldn't be a 66. The luster, which doesn't show well in these pictures, may be the only reason - but I doubt it. In hand, or with better pictures, I may not even be surprised by a 67. I am confused about the date on this piece, however.... One side clearly says 1905. The other side, in smaller numbers (which I'm assuming is the date) says 1906. But you, in your post, say 1907.... Furthermore, could you tell us about this coin? Why was it issued? What makes it special? Are these commonly found in high grade? How did you come across this coin? Tell us about the symbology of the coin (especially the hands and... tree?... on the reverse). My curiosity is insatiable.
Should be 1906, though they struck them in 1907 too. 1905 was the year Norway dissolved it's union with Sweden, which had dated back to 1814 and the end days of Napoleon.
Nice. I went out on a limb and said 67 because I could not find a mark on it. I was guessing the luster was better than the picture was showing.
