    No, he will open a PayPal account. At least that is what I understood when I talked to him yesterday.

    I suspect he will just continue to do business as usual and charge the PayPal fees to the consignor just like he does the eBay fees.

    Sweet toning. Very beautiful. Might be just the pic's, but I see a green spot between the I and N on the obverse, looks like maybe one on the S also, but hard to tell if its just toning, or the photo.

    He takes the photos at a slight angle when he is dealing with a coin with iridescent toning. It helps show the color.
