I was astonished at the bright purple toning in this PCGS photo of a Morgan fifty cent copper pattern. It’s J-1602 and PR66+RB. And yeah, I realize it’s the lighting, but still amazing. Stack’s Bowers will sell it to you if you’ve $22K to spare. I looked in my wallet and found a $20 … maybe someone wants to go halfsies?

Pretty coin. Many of the copper patterns have toned in such a way. Always wanted one but the prices kept me away.

Love it. Really like most of the morgan patterns a lot more than the actual morgan

Not unusual toning for Morgan Proofs. Really beautiful, and a great pattern coin. Would I buy it? No, but it is gorgeous.
