I did alter the coin, but the coin has also been altered pre-sale.</p><p><br /></p><p>Does this answer vary depending on the source of purchase (say eBay vs. Vcoins or MA-Shops)?</p><p><br /></p><p>Do I need to contact each dealer/seller before purchase to ask about the coin’s surface/patina before purchase?
