Psophis ... maybe, maybe not. Any ideas?

Here's a coin that's been sitting in isolation for a couple of years 'cause I just am not sure what the proper ID is. Looks like an ae (with the typical grainy surfaces) from Psophis but ...

Obv: Bust of Herakles with lion-skin headdress
Rev: Boar right, city name above
    Size: 14mm, 3.4gms
    Herakles Boar Ae Unknown.jpg
Problem is the ones I've found have a bare bust Herakles (no lion-skin) and the reverse inscription on this looks something like ONΦ..

The positive is that the size is right. Thoughts?
