Hey quick question...anyone here that has placed an order with Provident after 12/19 get their orders yet or at least have a shipping number?
I didn't but I know they did have a disclaimer that they would be severely understaffed for a long period. (I think it was something like the 20th Dec to Jan 3rd, but don't quote me on that) So I wouldn't be too worried yet if I were you. You can always call them, that may get your order expedited.
I emailed and got the usual understaffed thing...but some people on here have already gotten orders that were placed after mine and even after the 1st of the year...
I placed an order 12/25 and it's still being processed. I talk to them last week and they should it'll ship out early next week. So I'm hoping it'll be shipped tomorrow. Oddly enough, people who placed orders after the new year have already received those. I think the shippers at Provident have their priorities all screwed up.
I placed a small order on 1/1 and have not received anything. My order included a Zombuck, so maybe that has the rest of my order tied up. I read they may be behind on that. They've been slow on things in the past, but I always have gotten my order in full. I'll give them another handful of days before calling.
I just called Provident this morning...apparently the morgue anne rounds are whats causing the delays. I don't know specifically what is exactly wrong...probably lack of stock....but unfortunately no cantact has been made with anyone about the issue. They are telling me now that it should be out by the end of this week. Very irritating.
I put it an order on the 31st for some Morgue Anns, Zombuffs and generic rounds. My order still has not shipped. I called last week and they said it would ship out last Friday or Monday, as they were expecting a shipment of the Zombuffs to come in Friday. I called again yesterday and asked about people receiving their orders that were placed after the 1st of the year. They said that the computer software had screwed up and was fulfilling orders in random order and they would have it fixed soon. Told me to hang in there and that my order should be shipping in the next couple of days, we'll see.
My Jan 1 small silver order shipped yesterday. (That includes a Zombuff.) Provident always comes through, we just need to be patient.
I ordered a morgue anne round in both copper and silver and then some various airtites for the coins i do have. I received the shipping number today...should get hopefully tuesday
