Reverse: Jupiter holding thundebolt, IOVI CONSERVATORI AUGG, value S (1/200?)
Mint: Thessalonica.

The S is not a value but a Greek numeral (6) of which workshop within the mint made that coin. You will find the same coin with other shop numbers. Compare

Various mints in various times used different methods of workshop numbering but most coins of this period have it in one way or another.
