If someone I didn't know bid on one of my auctions with feedback that poor I too would consider canceling his bids. Buyers shouldn't have negative feedback ,as that usually means they either din't pay or they din't work out their issues with sellers and just left feedback if anything doesn't go perfectly smoothly; both types of buyers are ones I want to avoid. I want to work with buyers who pay and if something goes wrong give me the chance to fix it before posting feedback.[/QUOTE]</p><p><br /></p>
