I'd just eat it and chalk it up to experience. Who knows there may be some REAL nice coins in there. I have OBW Jeffersons from the 50s that just may have been opened at some point in the past. True OBW rolls are pretty scarce. What's the use of feedback? Well, it's not like it used to be that's for sure Too many sellers won't leave feedback until THEY have received feedback. I don't like that at all. I rarely sell anymore but I always leave positive feedback when the payment arrives in a timely manner. Course that's because I sell what I advertise. Now as a seller looking at bidder feedback I'm afraid you would raise flags in my camp. 92.3 does not impress me (no offense). I would dig back into the why in your case but a lot of people don't. Your being on ebay for five years would not affect my viewpoint that much other than making me wonder why your feedback rating was where it's at after 5 years. Like I said in the beginning I'd just eat this one and you may have some killer coins in there. For future reference might I suggest asking the seller questions BEFORE you bid? If I ask a legit question and get no response I just don't bid. On the other hand I have bought coins with HORRIBLE pictures at very reasonable costs because the seller answered ALL of my questions. Those coins turned out to be as advertised. Asking about return policies is always a good idea as well. If it's not clearly stated get it in an email. Makes it easier if there is a dispute. Fortunately I've never had that problem. Basically ebay sucks but it can be decent if you go about it in the right way.
