I read the fine print under the 14 day return policy that said this is ONLY valid in cases of, and it went on to list those reasons. I was ensuring my case fell under these circumstances. I was not looking for subjective, opinionated conjecture on the matter as you perceived. I was looking for objective experienced advice from those that have worked with this before.
