Probably cleaned

    Those little vertical hairlines on this coin probably mean it's been cleaned, right?

    Definitely cleaned, looks like it was plated from the picture.

    If it was in the original mint plastic, sometimes you see that - they are striations in the plastic. But these are wiping scratches on the coin.

    They could easily be from a die polishing, better photos are needed.

    Fair, but not worth the gamble in my mind and I'm fairly certain they aren't die polishing based on other proofs I have. Would rather just get my money back and look for something I don't need to second guess.
