What was the 1st and last year of that series...</p><p><br /></p><p>I like the different details that you can see in each coin, I like to look at circulated ones and see if its still there in your paticular specimen...</p><p><br /></p><p>Ex:</p><p><br /></p><p>On a Morgan, Hows visable is her hair, the writing on her cap, her ear, the stars out closer to the edge/rim... On the reverse, look at the Eagle, is the chest smooth or can you make out all the feathers, can you make out the wing tips? Look at the tail feathers see if they are defined, depending on the year how many are there 7or 8? Look at the olive branch... etc .. etc.. etc..</p><p><br /></p><p>Every coin has some cool details when you look at them....</p><p><br /></p><p>Even the 50 state quarters 90 years from now, will have somethig unique....</p><p><br /></p><p>If profit is the main motive in ones collecting then I consider it more speculating or investing than collecting...</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>But them again, thats just my view on coin collecting...&nbsp; I realize other people collect for other reasons...
