They had ONE roll of Washingtons, and it was dirty and dingy, with the end coins pretty much toast. I broke it open and found the remainder gradable, nearly as high as the highest PCGS. And with a satin finish. So you never know. Yes there were LOTS AND LOTS of Presidentials, but I see it as search opportunity if they accumulate in banks nearby. Spend fifty bucks at a time, get some goodies from those two rolls, and go at it again when you have enough to pony up for more. The early Washingtons, Adams, and Jeffersons also have some added features. On Ken Potter&#039;s site he lists some Adams dollars with Laser etching, and they sell for a small premium over other Adams. I was the one who reported these to him. Around here, the Washingtons, Adams, and Jeffersons ALL had varying degrees of that Laser etching: some complete, some a little, some only hints. They were indeed experimenting with it. As a completist, i put a set of Pos A and Position B,&nbsp; etched AND unetched, and with the three different incuse types. So from the first year, I have a huge assortment of different varieties of the Presidential Dollars. All different and obscure. </p><p>Finally, as I was looking through a roll of some of the other presidential dollars she sold me, I stumble on a 2008 Laser etched. The only one I saw. Now I know 2008 had laser etching, and it opens up the possibility that other 2008 had them as well. </p><p>Getting those rolls cracked open is the key though.
