The other thing I have noticed is the US Mint in the Direct Coin Program, shows the coins being wrapped in the NF Strings roll.
This is the wrapper they've used for the Presidential dollar rolls. http://catalog.usmint.gov/webapp/wc...ctId=16324&langId=-1&parent_category_rn=17238
http://news.coinupdate.com/us-mint-releases-millard-fillmore-dollar-offers-coin-rolls-0156/ whats the difference between that roll and this roll http://catalog.usmint.gov/webapp/wc...ctId=16324&langId=-1&parent_category_rn=17238
I am new to this forum as well. Collecting the Presidential Dollar Rolls hoping for profit later on is probably not going to get you much in this lifetime. The reason is that the US government Mint has minted literally "billion" of these and store most of them in a vault. Story here: http://www.npr.org/2011/06/28/137394348/-1-billion-that-nobody-wants That may change since legislation has been introduced to eliminate the $1 PAPER dollar bill http://www.coinnews.net/2011/10/03/coins-act-would-eliminate-dollar-bill-replace-with-1-coin/ and other separate legislation has been introduced to eliminate the Presidential golden coins series http://www.coinnews.net/2011/07/22/proposed-legislation-would-end-presidential-dollar-coins/. No one knows what effect these passed legislations could possibly have on the value of the Presidential Golden Dollar coins or roll. Right now, collecting these rolls is just another way of saving money like you would in a bank except there is no interest. Unless you just like the rolls, it would be better IMO to break them up as mentioned above and find the best ones to put in a Dansco album.
