Presidential dollar album strategy

Mint set coins are a different coin than business strike. You are confusing satin finish with business strike.

Here is a cheaper idea.

Do you normally purchase mint set to break up for other purposes than the Pres dollars?

If the answer is yes ..no biggie.

If the answer is no, if you want mint dollars without the cost of buying the full mint set, you can by the 8 coin pres mint set that the mint also offers. That way you don't have all of the mint set coins left over, if you dont really need them.

I'm buying the proof set and the yearly pres only mint set to put into my Pres. Album.

The coins are far better than you will find in a roll and the satin finish is far superior.
