Presidential coin act

I recall reading that somewhere, but I couldn't find anything currently available about it. That would make a very large proof set for 2007 and 2008 (5 dollars, 5 quarters, a half, dime, nickel and cent) - 14 coins in total. They probably wouldn't fit in two plastic holders and the mint would have to go to 3.
