Presidental dollar PCGS price: $20 for ms65, $35 ms66, $10,000 ms67???

I am gonna be trying to make some ms67's of different dates/mintmarks/presidents and I bet many others will as well. Those coins have to come nice enough for ms65s and ms66s to be cheap, does anyone know how much harder an ms67 is? How does one know what their particular coin is worth? What coins and in what grades are needed and in demand by collectors?
