Pre-purchase grade input - '14D and '15S wheat cents

Good morning. Looking for some input on grades for these two key date wheat cents I have an opportunity to purchase. The photos are the best I have but should do the coins decent justice. I think the '14 is about AG3 but the '15 I am unsure.
I hope I am not breaching protocol by posting images of a coin for sale. It is not a live auction so I thought it would be ok.

reverses?

 

No good photos of reverses...I know, hard to grade by obverse only...I'm just trying to see if I should go to the trouble of arranging to see them in person.

 

Based only on these images, I could optimistically consider the '14-D at G4 and the '15-S at VG8. Base your price opinion on the 1914 only; at this grade the 1915 is a "throw-in" and would need to be AU to have value equivalent to the 1914.
