All of the work and the vast majority of the expense is in the grading, the authentication and/or the indentifying of any problems that may exist. For this reason I have always agreed that the TPGs <u>should</u> be paid full price, even if the coin is body bagged. But that is my opinion and I realize that many disagree with it. But it is hard to deny the logic of it.</p><p><br /></p><p>I do however agree with you, the only way to change it would be for collectors and submitters to band together and stop using them.
