All of the work and the vast majority of the expense is in the grading, the authentication and/or the indentifying of any problems that may exist. For this reason I have always agreed that the TPGs <u>should</u> be paid full price, even if the coin is body bagged. But that is my opinion and I realize that many disagree with it. But it is hard to deny the logic of it.</p><p><br /></p><p>I do however agree with you, the only way to change it would be for collectors and submitters to band together and stop using them. You've already got me on your side for that 9not that it will help much) - I've never submitted a single coin, to anyonce.
