Hello all, I wanted to hear some opinions on the grade of this commemorative (photos are from the seller). Also, what do you think of the color on the reverse? (Artificial?). What would you spend on this commemorative? Or would you pass completely? Thanks!
I would pass also as I'm concerned with the dark spots which may be crud or damage. These are becoming much more desirable these days in lesser grades than they are in higher. But then it is subjective and you must buy what pleases you.
I could be wrong , but this coin just looks off to me .. I'm thinking it may be AT toning to possibly try and cover up other problems .. It's alway hard to say one way or another when judging from photos, sometimes a coin will look much better once in hand, other times much worse ! So unless you can get it dirt cheap are in the gambling mood , then I'd say pass !
