    This is correct. Although PCGS has a special running for variety attribution right now where it is $12 per coin instead of the usual $18.

    It has its own coin number 4368, its a major, I'd call and ask to be sure variety is required for that coin

    You DO NOT need to pay for variety attribution on the 1858 Half Dime. Just mark the submission form with the PCGS coin number and the variety. Any coin that has it's own listing on the PCGS Price Guide without having to click on the "+" button, does not need to have an attribution fee paid to attribute it.

    The same beauty you picked up on eBay? Ah, you must have sold it and then the same person had a garage sale and forgot that it’s an 1817 Half dollar and silver so they traded it to you for two quarters. Makes sense

    Sarah if they look proof like not natural most probably they been reworked. All 1943 steels are magnetic. And haven't been getting notices of your post do a @ my name to summons me. LoL

    Look at the 43 pictured notice its shinny, almost proof like, the wheat stalks not fine and defined....like they been thicken well they have with recoating of zinc.
