Based on these seller's pics, I took a shot at this 1917 Lincoln for $25. I had a pretty good hunch that these photos were really pushed towards the red. These photos show a more realistic view of what I received.
$17.50 with shipping. I figured ‘why not’. See what she truly looks like when I get her. side note - looks a lot brighter and more grey/silver on my ipad than on the PC. Weird.
5 coin capital holder set 1942 so $4 each. Here is the time as the last time I tried to bump the "Post your Mercury dime" thread with a coin it went nowhere so maybe unless you have a key date these don't get interest...anyway the Merc has awesome luster. Not sure about the bands as I have not blown it up on my computer monitor.
From eBay for $2.25, but shipping was $2.98. I won't regret spending the five bucks. Generally a mid-MS grade Brown 1937 Lincoln doesn't have much value, but the deep luster and overlay of blue coloring on this should put it in another category of desirability.
Under $50, without factoring in shipping. Thoughts? Need to find my loupe, to get a good look (and need a better way to take pics). Original surfaces? This is my 2nd one. First is details-rim damage. Saw a real nice one today, but it was holed. I was tempted, though, for $35-$40.
