I was excited to post this modest little buy until I saw some of the awesome coins in this thread. Now I'm just embarrassed to admit I gave in to my OCD and added the missing 2009 page to my Washington Statehood Dansco. But hey, they are satin finish! And every hole is now filled - so I got that going for me

I gotta get back to my roots and find some of those pearls C-B-D is finding. Although I do hate threatening cats. I'm a dog person, sure, but still....

Not a perfect coin, but $45 for a crusty old 1916-S? I could not resist!

You can usually find him down at the Cantina with Quickdraw and Top Cat.

Went on a spree over the weekend and still waiting on everything to arrive so I will have multiple posts coming soon but here is the first arrival.

My first Walking Liberty Half Dollar, $20. I don't know much about the series but I love the design and scooped this one up.

This hobby just gets more fun the more I collect.

The dime itself was free because I bought the proof set and resold the proof set without the dime at the same price. Including gold shield grading with trueview, I still have safely under $50 into this coin. I was really disappointed it didn't go PR67 (went PR66+) but not really worth the cost of resubmission. Never selling this one! Probably my favorite proof roosevelt in my collection.

Here's another one of my recent IHC purchases. This one was $29.99, and my feedback on this seller was, "Exceeds expectations." I just wish that all of my $30 to $40 coin purchases could be this nice. The seller's photo exaggerates the damage on Liberty's cheek, in fact, with my 10x magnifying glass it's almost impossible to see. The reverse is just as nice, with sides showing lots of detail and more brightness than these photos would have you think might be there.

D over D or D over S? I glassed it for a long time and couldn't nail it down.
