    I think that this thread is one of the most enjoyable of any on this web site.
    I'm very happy to see so many different collectors chiming in and displaying their
    great coins. { Some of which have taken my breath away !! }

    I don't have too many Seated Halves - just 1889 and 1891.

    Here are the one's that I have:

    I sent the MS version back in for regrade - because it once resided in an NGC 65 Star Holder - and here is the result:

    I'm looking for the proof version of this coin:

    Nothing wrong with "crusty" Hunter. I like the color and contrast of this one...but it's not a Bust Dime.

    Is any way you could lighten this photo up??? I not sure if it my CPU but,it almost black and can't see any details of the coin.

    Here is another shot of the 1876 CC half, I tried to lighten it up a bit but the coin is quite dark. I also included a shot of the date which shows a stray "8" in the denticles. The attribution of this coin is a WB-35 (R-4).
    Hope these shots help!

    on my 1877-s above i notice a spot in-between her head and her flag she is holding. i thought it was a hole filled but pcgs did not grade it that way, also i don't see any damage on reverse

    :eek:ff-topic:
    x115 you may want to look closer at date and mint mark on the 1877-S.
    It maybe a die variety known as WB-103 Date & RPM-2 mint mark.Pcgs won't check for that unless you payed for detail when graded.

  17. I posted this in the new acquisitions thread, but figured it needs a home here as well.

    Jello, as best I can tell from those photos, the coin is a WB - 13 (WB - 104 cross reference)
