Strangely enough those obverse spots don't show up with the coin in hand. In hand, the coin is a golden tone and the only distracting spot is the one above the eagle. I'm such a grand coin photographer.
Thank you very much for your kind words. Much appreciated. I am really more of an old copper and bust type collector, but over the years I was able to gather some seated coinage of specific dates which interested me. I guess I like all U.S coins after all!
