    now I know why I'm having to be so patient finding the right $2.50 indian...you guys on the last few pages have hoarded all them

    here's probably my favorite coin right now that I finally can view without a huge scratch on the obverse slab after a recent reholder + TV.

    Although I may be one of the hoarders you refer to (;)), I agree that they seem to be increasingly hard to find.

    Yeah and for me the right color and luster is important with gold coins so for my type set examples my safest bet is finding them in person which makes them even harder to come across. For that reason I've set aside a chunk of cash for the Central States show with my main goal being to find 1 of or both of the $2.50 and $5 Indians for my type set.
