The die crack starts at the rim just north east of the "Y" . The crack travels around the field of the coin and touches the tip of Liberty's hair, down to the V in trust. it picks up again at the west top of the "T" and travels through the base of her neck to the top of the 1. Travels north west through the mid section of the "N". And finally ends and the "L". On the reverse there's a section of pre cuds or flip over medal that runs from the tip of the eagles wing feather up to the "U" in United.
