How could this be graded MS66+ ??? Mine 1925 PCGS 65 that was graded by in late 1980 looks better than that. I need to get mine pic up and compare to this NGC 66+
This one looks more like a War Dollar than a Peace Dollar. I thought of calling it Blood Eagle, but Aftermath seems appropriate too. The obverse looks like it was riddled with bullets, and the eagle looks like it’s covered in blood. A blood splatter pattern is also present in the sun’s rays. I don’t know what this red color is, but it sure creates an interesting, if not morbid, effect.

Those are all beautiful Peace Dollars. I am starting to look for a GSA Peace. Too bad they didn't come in the hard plastic case like Morgan's. Thanks all.
