1922 obverse double eagle.jpg 1922 reverse double eagle.jpg Thinking about adding this to my collection but it's raw and I worry about counterfeits. What do you folks think?

I would say start a new thread to get more replies.

Personally I wouldn't touch a raw saint, you can get certified ones without any worry for not much over spot even in choice UNC

I have the 1932 also. Means a lot to me because my dad was born that year. I know it is the most common date, but got to have it!

I am at 165 with six coins to go. Had this set finished at one time, but sold it.....this time, I am going to keep it.

    It is not a coin
    but it is gold
    from British Guyana
    and it is pretty old.

Bought this one a few weeks back finally got it this week don't think I've posted it here yet. An upgrade for a $2.50 lib after I sold mine last month. The difference in luster between my old 62 and this is worth every penny of the upgrade, can see the flash on this from across the room. Instantly one of my favorite coins.
