IHC Clip


I think this is a good clip, I bought it at a flea market where the seller lamented that someone had deformed the cent with a pair of cutters. Is it a good clip?

This looks to be genuine. If you look at the rim opposite the clip you can see a softening of the denticles. This is what they call the Blakesley Effect and is an indicator for a genuine clip.

Thanks, I thought I saw that, but I appreciate the conformation. How common are IHC clips?

 

Must be what it is as it is not a full 90 degrees. Thanks for the info :thumb:
